Dean Henderson Was rarely tested to perform during the opening 45 but then forced to intervene by Arbër Hoxha’s bent shot. A sliding tackle against Qazim Laci demonstrated excellent anticipation. 6/10

The young full-back A further assured performance by the rising star following his first cap against another side. Saka failed to make the most of a gorgeous backheel over their defense. His position is firmly his at this stage. 7/10

Declan Rice Crosses from corners and free kicks created chances. Had room to drift down the left flank yet found himself in an offside position upon receiving with a chance to score. Given a merited substitution on the hour mark. Six

Jude Bellingham Played in an advanced spot out wide while also did plenty of dirty work. Showed moments of class but mishit an effort over. Replaced towards the end for a teammate, his competition, after being booked. 7/10

Jarrod Bowen Had the team's top opening before halftime, his effort well saved from Thomas Strakosha. As Quansah holding position, it fell to him to stretch the play on the right yet his deliveries from the touchline were hit and miss. Substituted with 15 to go. 6

The captain The match-winner netting seventy-seventh and seventy-eighth finishes for his country. The first a trademark opportunist's goal while the second a classy headed goal after peeling away from his marker. Now 32, he’s only getting better and the side are strong contenders next summer when he's in the team. 8

Eberechi Eze Had difficulty to influence play out wide. Had a presentable chance when set up by the midfielder but Strakosha kept it out. Rashford made much more of influence in his place. Five
